With a strong background in business operations and communications, Katherine Gooding plays an essential role in connecting the communities that support TMF’s mission with the communities TMF serves around the world. As Secretary and Director of Fundraising, she is involved in nearly every aspect of the organization, helping lead fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, partnership outreach, and operational coordination from planning through execution.
