Benjamin "Izzy" Gauyan serves as our primary in-person representative during field operations and project visits. He is often the face of TMF on the ground, leading volunteer groups, coordinating site visits, and ensuring that every interaction between supporters and local communities is respectful, meaningful, and well-organized.

In this role, Izzy addresses and engages directly with the communities TMF serves, helping facilitate clear communication and fostering trust between all parties involved. He also ensures that local customs, traditions, and cultural expectations are fully respected and followed by visiting supporters. Beyond coordination and logistics, Izzy is deeply focused on safety during all field visits. He helps manage on-the-ground operations to ensure supporters are guided, informed, and supported throughout their time at project sites, allowing them to engage with the work in a secure and thoughtful way.
